oz Apricot Nectar

oz Vanilla Syrup
.5
oz Lemon Juice

oz Egg White or Aquafaba
Garnish with Basil Leaf

In a mixing tin, combine 1800® Cristalino, apricot nectar, vanilla syrup, lemon juice & an egg white (aquafaba for substitute). Add ice and shake vigorously! Discard ice and dry shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
