The process begins with a rigorous agave selection after reaching optimum maturity. Subsequently, the agave enters our traditional slow baking process in stone ovens until obtaining select juice, which is then double-distilled in copper stills, and finally aged in French oak casks. Upon culminating the aging process, our Tequila Expert creates a special and
balanced blend between it and the finest aged tequila reserves, producing 1800® Colección. This supreme extra-añejo tequila boasts an amber hue and well structured taste that reveals a succession of spices and aromas that have been added over time, paired with a subtle almond hint that leaves a pleasant sensation on the palate. 1800® Colección is a piece of art that can be apprciated with all senses; as every edition is paired with a custom-designed, limited edition decanter by renowned artists such as Gary Baseman, Bosco Sodi, and Hector Velazquez.

Only produced and released in the finest years of production, 1800® Colección is one of the rarest tequilas in the world. The process begins with the best selection of quality agaves that have reached a maturing stage of no less than 10 years. Following our tradition, the agaves are steam cooked for several days in stone ovens obtaining a very select extract which is distilled twice, followed by several years of slow aging in new French oak casks.When it reaches the peak of aging, the Tequila Master performs the "marriage" of the finest selection of aged tequilas. The result is an aged tequila with a silky consistency and a deep golden color, a smooth mellow taste with a subtle touch of almond, revealing a very special distinctive flavor. Serve neat.
