1.5 oz 1800 Blanco
.5 oz Lavender Syrup
.25 oz Giffard Blue Curacao
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg white or (.5 oz Egg white)
Combine 1800 Blanco, lavender syrup, Giffard Blue Curacao, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice in a coup or martini glass. Garnish with violet.
