Hibiscus Highball

1.5 oz 1800 Reposado 

.5 oz Pomegranate Juice 

.5 oz Honey Syrup

Top with Q Drink Hibiscus Ginger Beer

Wet the top of highball glass with lime juice and dip in salt. Combine 1800 Reposado, pomegranate juice and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with hibiscus ginger beer and garnish with candied ginger and hibiscus flower.
