Garnish with Lime Wheel and Cilantro

Muddle the cilantro root (3 inch stem/no leaves) in the shaker tin. Save the leaves. Add rest of ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain over crushed ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and cilantro bouquet.
