oz 1800® Cristalino

oz Manzanilla Sherry

oz Blanc Vermouth

dash Orange Bitters

Garnish: Manicured Lemon Peel/Caviar Bump (Mother of Pearl or Plastic Spoon for Caviar)

In a Mixing Glass, combine 1800® Cristalino, sherry, blanc vermouth and bitters. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora Glass (or coupe). Garnish with a manicured lemon peel and a tasting spoon of caviar.
