Serving Size

oz 1800® Cristalino

oz Apricot Puree

oz Lime Juice

oz Agave Syrup

Dashes of Peach Bitters

Garnish with Apricot

Top with Fleur de Sel over garnish

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced apricots fanned out. Add a small pinch of Fleur de Sel over garnish.
