oz Fresh Grapefruit juice

oz Lime Juice

oz Vanilla Syrup (Monin)

Sparkling water Or Champagne/Prosecco

Garnish

Dehydrated Grapefruit & Madagascar Vanilla bean

Combine 1800 Cristalino, fresh grapefruit juice, lime, and Vanilla Syrup in mixing tin. Add ice and shake. Strain in a Coupe glass over fresh ice and top with Sparkling water or Champagne. Garnish with dehydrated Grapefruit wheel and Madagascar Vanilla bean.
