A refreshing watermelon twist on a summer staple

SERVING SIZE:

1.5 oz 1800 Reposado
1 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
.25 oz Aperitivo
1 oz Club Soda
2-3 oz Sparkling Wine
Garnish with Mint Bouquet and Watermelon Slice

In a wine glass, combine 1800 Reposado, watermelon juice, aperitivo, and club soda. Fill glass with ice and top with sparkling wine. Stir to incorporate all ingredients. Garnish with a bouquet of mint and watermelon slice.
