Lost In Paradise Ranch Water

Crafted by contest finalist Corey Dawson and inspired by his home of Orlando, FL, this tropical cocktail combines citrusy, coconut flavor with the subtle notes of caramel and vanilla in 1800 Cristalino. An absolute sip of paradise.

SERVING SIZE:

2 oz 1800 Cristalino Tequila
0.5 oz Homemade Blood Orange Oleo Saccharum
0.5 oz Blood Orange Juice
2 drops Homemade 80/20 Saline Solution
Carbonated Pressed Coconut Water
Unsweetened coconut flakes (Optional)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker except the coconut water. Strain over two rocks of ice. Top with a splash of carbonated pressed coconut water. Garnish: Blood orange oleo saccharum and coconut flakes for an offset rim and top with a blood orange slice.

Put any leftover dehydrated peels from the homemade blood orange oleo saccharum and coconut flakes into a food processor for offset rim.
