  • 2 oz 1800® Añejo
  • .5 oz pear nectar
  • .5 oz honey syrup
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 1 egg white

In a cocktail shaker, muddle cardamom in honey syrup. Shake briskly without ice to emulsify, then add ice and shake vigorously to combine. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with: Star Anise
