Sweet & spicy take on the classic Paloma

  • 2 oz 1800 Blanco
  • .25 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 3 dashes Firewater tincture (or Fresh Jalapeno ring)
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Soda (Jarritos, Squirt)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garnish: Grapefruit half-wheel dusted with Tajin

Combine 1800 Blanco, lime juice, agave nectar, firewater tincture and salt into mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into Rocks glass over fresh ice. Fill with grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit half-wheel dipped in tajin.
