The roasted agave is then roller-milled to extract its sweet liquid, which is then fermented for 40-50 hours with our proprietary yeast.
Finally, the liquid undergoes a double distillation in copper pot stills, a process that purifies the spirit and concentrates the agave’s vibrance. The result is a smooth, crystal clear liquid that captures the essence of Jalisco in every drop.

- 1 oz lime juice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into a salted rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Instructions:
