Creamy Coconut Margarita

Creamy and cool with a splash of pineapple juice, this margarita takes coconut to a whole new level.

oz 1800® Coconut

oz Fresh Lime Juice

oz Coconut Puree

Splash Pineapple Juice

Garnish: Lime Wheel with a pinch of coconut flakes (toast with torch for extra flare)

In a mixing tin, combine 1800 Coconut, coconut puree, fresh lime juice and pineapple juice. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into rocks glass. Garnish with a pinch of coconut flakes placed in the center of a lime wheel.
