Bas Release Party Takes Over the LES


Dope beats, the Lower East Side, and an intimate crowd. That was the scene when over 150 fans and friends descended on FIENDSHOP to celebrate the release of “Too High To Riot,” the second album from New York’s own Bas (Dreamville).  Sipping 1800, mingling, dancing, and feeling the vibes of the night, the hometown crowd experienced an up-close and personal show with Bas himself.

The album is full of emotion and depth, with complex and personal rhymes layered on mellow background tracks. HipHopDX’s Scott Glaysher said of the album, “‘Too High to Riot’ is hands-down Bas’ best work to date.”
