2 oz. 1800 Reposado®
¾ oz. lime juice
½ oz. agave syrup
Pinch of cilantro
Pinot Noir
Combine all ingredients in a shaker except Pinot Noir, and add ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass and gently top with Pinot Noir so it floats. Garnish with a lime peel.
