2 oz 1800® Silver Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Curacao
0.5 oz Rosemary Honey Syrup
To make the rosemary honey, add 2 parts honey to 1 part water and let simmer with some rosemary for 3–5 minutes.
Measure out all ingredients, add to a shaker with ice, and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
