Once Branden was introduced to the world of computer graphics he knew that medium was for him. He got his Graphic Design Certificate from Platt College in Sand Diego, CA. Soon after, he went to work for a postcard company as a Digital Preflighter, where he learned even more about design and layout. Within that time he started to do some freelanced work, where he began to develop his own style, which was heavily influenced by the tribal art of Polynesia. He would be inspired by the primitive patterns from such islands as the Marquesas, Aotearoa, Samoa and even the Phillipines. His current work reflects the spirit of those islands by utilizing their shapes, patterns and symbols, giving his art the foundation of the past combined with modern techniques of today.
